企业信息系统使用及其对工作绩效的影响

【摘要】:企业花费大量资金,引进信息人才来实施信息系统,希望以此来改善企业运作效率,提升经济效益。用户能否充分有效的使用信息系统,将直接影响其个人的绩效水平,从而决定信息系统在企业中的作用,即信息系统在企业中的作用必须通过用户对信息系统的使用才能完全体现。因此,研究用户的企业信息系统使用及其对工作绩效的影响具有重要的理论和实践意义。本文首先定义了信息系统使用内涵,构建了信息系统使用测量体系,接着对企业信息系统使用模式进行分析,最后探究用户的信息系统使用对工作绩效的影响因素。具体研究内容如下:(1)企业信息系统使用的内涵与测量。基于信息系统使用和人类行为动力学理论,将用户访问信息系统的阵发性作为了信息系统使用的一个方面,扩展信息系统使用内涵,并从企业信息系统整体使用、各功能使用以及各层次用户使用三方面构建了信息系统使用的测量体系和测量模型,为后面的信息系统使用模式分析及其对绩效的影响奠定了理论基础。(2)企业信息系统使用模式研究。将信息系统使用视作用户(主体)对信息系统(客体)的操作过程,将用户根据管理层次划分,将信息系统分解为功能模块,基于信息系统使用内涵和测量体系,利用某船舶修造企业的28万多条信息系统日志数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明:第一,用户对企业信息系统的整体使用越来越稳定和规律;第二,各功能模块使用的差异明显;第三,不同管理层次用户使用的核心功能集不同;第四,不同层次用户的企业信息系统的整体使用与各功能模块使用情况不同。(3)信息系统使用对企业员工绩效影响的实证研究。基于信息系统使用和人类行为动力学理论,使用100名保管员的信息系统日志和绩效考评数据,分析信息系统使用对员工绩效的影响。结果表明:第一,选择信息系统使用的不同内涵和不同的测量指标,将导致信息系统使用与企业员工绩效之间关系的差异;第二,随着测量角度的增加,用户的信息系统使用频率对员工绩效的影响由不显著到显著;使用时间对员工绩效的影响始终不显著;使用功能数量则始终显著正向影响员工绩效;阵发性则始终显著负向影响员工绩效;第三,性别和工龄调节信息系统使用与企业员工绩效之间的关系。
[Abstract]:Enterprises spend a lot of money to introduce information talents to implement information system, hoping to improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and enhance economic efficiency. Whether users can make full and effective use of information systems will directly affect their personal performance level, and thus determine the role of information systems in enterprises. In other words, the function of information system in enterprise must be reflected by the user's use of information system. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the user's use of enterprise information system and its impact on job performance. This paper first defines the connotation of the use of information system, constructs the information system usage measurement system, then analyzes the usage mode of enterprise information system, and finally probes into the factors that affect the work performance of the user's information system use. The specific research contents are as follows: (1) the connotation and measurement of the use of enterprise information system. Based on the theory of information system usage and human behavior dynamics, the paroxysmal nature of user access information system is regarded as an aspect of information system usage, and the connotation of information system usage is extended, and the whole enterprise information system is used as a whole. The measurement system and measurement model of the information system are constructed in three aspects: the use of each function and the use of users at all levels. It lays a theoretical foundation for the analysis of the usage pattern of information system and its influence on performance. (2) the research on the usage pattern of enterprise information system. The use of information system is regarded as the operation process of user (subject) to information system (object). The user is divided into functional modules according to the management level, and based on the connotation of information system and measurement system, the information system is decomposed into function modules. Using more than 280000 information system log data of a shipbuilding enterprise to carry out empirical analysis. The results show that: first, the overall use of enterprise information systems by users is more and more stable and regular; second, there are significant differences in the use of each functional module; third, the core function sets used by users at different management levels are different; fourth, The overall use of enterprise information system is different from that of each functional module. (3) empirical study on the effect of information system use on employee performance. Based on the theory of information system usage and human behavior dynamics, the information system log and performance evaluation data of 100 custodians are used to analyze the impact of information system use on employee performance. The results show that: first, choosing different connotations and different measurement indicators of information system use will lead to the difference of the relationship between information system use and employee performance; second, with the increase of measurement angle, The influence of user's information system usage frequency on employee's performance is not significant, the influence of using time on employee's performance is not significant, and the number of using function has a significant positive effect on employee's performance. Paroxysmal effects on employee performance are always negative. Third, the relationship between the use of gender and seniority adjustment information system and employee performance.
