SDT公司绩效考核体系优化研究

【摘要】:绩效考核能够作为重要的工具来提高企业和员工的绩效,在企业的正常发展中占据着越来越重要的地位,它不仅可以提高员工的工作效率和管理层的管理绩效,而且为企业人才的培养和选拔提供了合理的依据,从而可以使人力资源管理部门据此作出决策。绩效考核作为一种管理活动,有着复杂性和多元敏感性,所以,公司最应该关注的问题是,如何制作科学、合理、有效的员工绩效体系,以及怎样实施才能更好发挥绩效体系的作用,并实现企业的最终战略目标。本文先从绩效考核的基础理论出发,参考了国内外的一些有关文献,重点对SDT公司绩效考核体系进行研究,改变了公司原来的绩效考核体系中的标准等内容,希望能总结出一些经验以便提供给其他相同经营业务的公司作参考。为了达到我们本文研究的目的,通过调查和研究SDT公司绩效考核的现实情况,加上使用目标管理法(MBO)、关键绩效指标(KPI)、平衡计分卡(BSC)等绩效考核的思想与方法,结合SDT企业自身的战略目标,将SDT企业战略目标转换为相互平衡的绩效考核指标体系并逐步分解,并且根据不同的时间段落对这些绩效指标的实际状况作出考核,提出一套以所在SDT企业员工绩效考核为标准的体系模型,为企业最终的战略目标的完成建立基础。
[Abstract]:Performance appraisal can be used as an important tool to improve the performance of enterprises and employees. It plays a more and more important role in the normal development of enterprises. It can not only improve the efficiency of employees and management performance. Moreover, it provides a reasonable basis for the cultivation and selection of enterprise talents, thus making the human resource management department make decisions accordingly. As a kind of management activity, performance appraisal has complexity and multivariate sensitivity. Therefore, the most important problem that companies should pay attention to is how to make a scientific, reasonable and effective employee performance system. And how to implement the performance system to play a better role and achieve the ultimate strategic objectives of the enterprise. Starting from the basic theory of performance appraisal and referring to some relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper focuses on the study of the performance appraisal system of SDT Company, which changes the standard of the original performance appraisal system of the company. Hope to sum up some experience to provide reference to other companies in the same business. In order to achieve the purpose of this paper, through the investigation and study of the actual situation of SDT company performance appraisal, plus the idea and method of using target management method (MBO), key performance index (KPI), balanced Scorecard (BSC), etc. Combined with the strategic objectives of SDT enterprises, the strategic objectives of SDT enterprises are transformed into a balanced performance appraisal index system and gradually decomposed, and the actual situation of these performance indicators is evaluated according to different time periods. This paper puts forward a set of system model based on the performance evaluation of the employees in the SDT enterprise, which establishes the foundation for the completion of the final strategic goal of the enterprise.
