云南省住院医师规范化师资培训内容研究
[Abstract]:The standardized teachers of hospitalizations play an important role in the training process. It is an important measure to ensure the standardized training of resident physicians. The clinical professional ability and theoretical level of the teachers have a direct impact on the plasticity of the future resident physicians. It is not balanced, the supporting policy is not perfect, the corresponding incentive mechanism is lacking, the trainees' enthusiasm is not high and the level of the quality and effect is different. Therefore, there are some problems in the shortage of teachers and the imperfect evaluation mechanism of teacher training. The standardized teacher training of the residents in Yunnan province is officially launched in 2015, and is trained in accordance with the basic theory of distance. In this study, the three stages of the training and the practice of teaching and training are carried out. Through a questionnaire survey, this paper makes a comparison and analysis of the results of the training effect and evaluation results, and explores the key factors that affect the effectiveness of the teacher training. This paper constructs seven modules for the standardization of the training of the inpatient teachers, so that the teachers can understand the current inpatients in our country. The training concept of standardized training of doctors, relevant policies and development direction have strengthened the consciousness of clinical teaching. At the same time, the examination results of the training teachers have been improved, the teaching ability and the self-confidence of teaching have been obviously improved. Through the study, the following conclusions are drawn: 1. the implementation of the seven module teacher training model in the three stage is the hospitalized medicine. The important guarantee for teachers to standardize the training of teacher training; 2. the development of relevant policies and medical ideas is updated in time; 3. the training module of clinical teaching ability is an effective way to improve the teaching ability of teachers; 4. to strengthen the supervision of teachers' teaching and teaching is the fundamental measure to guarantee the quality of training; 5. the contents of standardized teacher training for the resident doctors conform to the content of the training. Training objectives. Based on the above conclusions, this paper puts forward the following suggestions.. the first is to improve the standards for the integration of teacher training content and improve the attention of all parties; two is to optimize the distance theory teaching course; the three is to improve the incentive mechanism at all levels, to establish the evaluation and supervision system for teachers' performance assessment, and the four is to optimize the training mode with a variety of teaching methods. The five is to introduce teaching district system to improve teaching supervision.
