基于Scrum方法的医院绩效管理系统应用研究

【摘要】:针对传统软件开发方法(如瀑布模型)存在的由于中小软件开发中反馈不及时,从而导致用户与开发者沟通不畅,使得需求中存在问题不易发现、软件功能达不到预期目标、软件开发返工费用增大、软件开发周期变长等问题,提出了在开发人员和开发周期有限的条件下,采用敏捷方法开发小型应用软件,可以给企业和用户带来精确、高质量、快速、丰厚的投资回报率以及高效的自我管理团队等好处。Scrum方法作为敏捷开发中最具代表性的一种,能够体现敏捷开发的优势。本文采用Scrum敏捷方法,重点使用用户故事和灵活程序框架等手段,依照Scrum管理和实施项目的流程,短周期迭代发布可以运行的软件,使得客户能够经常体验最新的版本,在每轮迭代初期快速做出调整以适应来自项目内外的变化,最终以较短工期完成项目。通过医院绩效考核系统项目的开发与实践,验证了正确而灵活的使用敏捷Scrum方法能够有效提升项目的质量、缩短项目工期。
[Abstract]:In view of the traditional software development methods (such as waterfall model), because the feedback in the development of small and medium software is not timely, the communication between the user and the developer is difficult, the problems in the requirement are difficult to find, and the function of the software can not reach the expected goal. The software development rework cost increases, the software development cycle becomes longer and so on. Under the condition that the developer and the development period are limited, the agile method is used to develop the small application software, which can bring precision and high quality to the enterprise and the user. As one of the most representative methods in agile development, such as fast, high return on investment and efficient self-management team, the Scrum method can embody the advantages of agile development. In this paper, we adopt Scrum agile method, focus on using user stories and flexible program framework, according to the flow of Scrum management and implementation of the project, short cycle iterative release of software that can run, so that customers can often experience the latest version. At the early stage of each iteration, the project is adjusted quickly to adapt to the changes from inside and outside the project, and finally the project is completed with a shorter duration. Through the development and practice of hospital performance appraisal system project, it is proved that the correct and flexible use of agile Scrum method can effectively improve the quality of the project and shorten the project duration.
