基于平衡计分卡的TY公司战略执行体系研究

【摘要】:在企业战略确定的情况下,战略的成功与否取决于执行情况。构建战略执行体系对于企业发展意义重大。本文以平衡计分卡理论为基础,以提升TY公司管理竞争力为目标,重点研究了TY公司的战略执行体系。本论文首先分析了TY公司目前存在的管理问题,基于公司的战略,重点研究了在TY公司战略实施的各个阶段如何构建战略执行体系。论文把构建战略执行体系分为五个方面加以分析:在战略准备方面,重点在于做好组织与制度准备、计划准备、舆论与知识准备和资料准备工作;在规划战略方面,通过对公司环境分析绘制出公司战略地图用以描绘战略;在分解战略任务方面,通过分解战略主题,开发计分卡和员工绩效卡实现战略的层层分解;在制定管理战略流程方面,通过成立战略管理办公室和建立战略回顾会议制度保证战略能够有效执行;在试运行战略方面,通过实践检验优化调整战略执行体系,正式运行后每年再进行循环优化改进。本文对于TY公司构建战略执行体系的研究,对相关企业的战略执行方案的制定具有参考价值。
[Abstract]:In the case of a firm strategy, the success of the strategy depends on its implementation. Building a strategic implementation system is of great significance to the development of enterprises. Based on the balanced scorecard theory and the goal of improving the management competitiveness of TY Company, this paper focuses on the strategic execution system of TY Company. This paper first analyzes the current management problems of TY Company. Based on the strategy of TY Company, it focuses on how to construct the strategy implementation system in each stage of TY Company's strategy implementation. The paper divides the construction of the strategic implementation system into five aspects: in the strategic preparation, the emphasis lies in the organization and system preparation, planning preparation, public opinion and knowledge preparation and information preparation; in the planning strategy, the key points are the organization and system preparation, the plan preparation, the public opinion and the knowledge preparation and the information preparation. Through the analysis of the company environment to draw the company strategy map to describe the strategy; in the decomposition of strategic tasks, through the decomposition of strategic themes, the development of scorecard and employee performance card to achieve layer upon layer decomposition of the strategy; in the development of management strategy process, By setting up the strategic management office and establishing the strategic review conference system, the strategy can be effectively carried out; in the trial operation strategy, the strategy implementation system can be optimized and adjusted through practice, and then the circulation optimization and improvement will be carried out every year after the formal operation. This paper has reference value for the establishment of strategy execution system of TY company.
