基于平衡记分卡的跨国公司企业大学评价体系构建研究

【摘要】:随着跨国公司企业大学的蓬勃发展,评估企业大学的经营绩效并对其进行发展宏观指引和微观调控已越来越重要。研究发现,平衡记分卡作为有着重要影响力的战略管理工具,是一个从企业战略管理高度综合评价企业经营绩效的有效方法,通过引入平衡记分卡的财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长四个维度对跨国公司企业大学进行战略分析,并构建一套基于平衡计分卡的跨国公司企业大学评价体系,有助于为跨国公司企业大学的快速发展提供策略支持。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of multinational corporations' universities, it is more and more important to evaluate the performance of enterprises' universities and carry out macro-guidance and micro-control. It is found that the balanced Scorecard, as a strategic management tool with important influence, is an effective method to comprehensively evaluate the business performance of an enterprise from the perspective of strategic management. By introducing the balanced Scorecard, the financial, customer and internal processes of the balanced Scorecard are introduced. The four dimensions of learning and growth analyze the strategy of MNCs and construct a set of evaluation system of MNCs based on balanced scorecard, which is helpful to provide strategic support for the rapid development of MNCs.
