基于平衡计分卡的STC高校转型时期员工绩效管理方案设计
[Abstract]:With the further development of China's higher education reform, the transformation from technical vocational colleges to applied undergraduate colleges is an inevitable choice and trend under the background of higher education reform. In the face of increasingly fierce competition, STC colleges and universities make the decision of transformation and reform in 2016, and the goal is to develop into an application-oriented university. This poses a new challenge to the management of human resources in colleges and universities, and the inadaptability of the existing staff of STC colleges and universities and the new strategic positioning of colleges and universities is exposed. At the same time, the human resource management of colleges and universities also needs to match the speed of university development. In order to realize the success of strategic transformation, STC colleges and universities must adopt the human resource management matching with the strategy to promote the transformation of colleges and universities, so as to realize the success of the transformation. The employee performance has a positive correlation to the organization of STC university. Designing a set of staff performance management system which is suitable for the development of university plays a very important role in the promotion of organizational performance of STC university. Therefore, this paper mainly uses performance management, balanced scorecard and other related knowledge, on the basis of reference from domestic and foreign related research, in order to first put forward the problems existing in the performance appraisal of STC university staff, and then analyze the causes of the problems. Finally, the way to solve the problem is to improve the performance evaluation index and performance appraisal table of STC universities. The main contents and contributions of the research are as follows: firstly, the current performance management situation of STC colleges and universities is analyzed. In the form of questionnaire survey, this paper gives feedback on some problems existing in the performance management of STC colleges and universities. Then, using the idea and method of balanced scorecard, the performance evaluation index system of STC colleges and universities is studied. Aiming at the different management levels of the school: college level, administrative department, teaching unit and individual staff, the performance management evaluation index and appraisal table based on the balanced scorecard method are designed respectively. Finally, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures of implementing balanced scorecard in STC colleges and universities, and forecasts and analyzes the effect of balanced scorecard applied in STC colleges and universities.
