林业国际金融组织贷款项目绩效评价探议——以亚行贷款西北三省区林业生态发展项目为例

【摘要】：文章分析了项目绩效评价的目的和原则,从相关性、效率、效果和持续性4个方面对林业国际金融组织项目绩效评价进行了论述,并结合亚洲开发银行贷款西北三省区林业生态发展项目,总结了林业国际金融组织项目绩效评价框架,探讨了项目绩效评价面临的困难和问题,提出了初步的建议设想。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the purpose and principle of project performance evaluation, and discusses the project performance evaluation of forestry international financial organizations from four aspects: correlation, efficiency, effect and sustainability. Combined with the forestry ecological development project of the three provinces and regions of northwest China, this paper summarizes the project performance evaluation framework of forestry international financial organization, probes into the difficulties and problems faced by the project performance evaluation, and puts forward some preliminary suggestions.
