[Abstract]:The working goal of each manager has become a part of the strategic goal of the company. The number of equity incentives of managers is closely related to their jobs and post performance evaluation, and all of them are subject to the development strategy of the company. So that equity incentive to achieve the long-term development strategy of the company plays a role in ensuring and promoting. Since the listing of Liaoning Chengda Co., Ltd. (referred to as Liaoning Chengda) in 1996, the business structure has been strategically adjusted many times and has developed into a collection of domestic and foreign trade and biopharmaceuticals.
