【摘要】:在当今全球经济一体化进程加剧和信息技术不断发展的背景下,信息技术与信息系统已经和商业活动相互交织、密不可分,IT已经成为现在企业应对激烈市场竞争的有力武器。企业信息化能够推动企业创新和发展,优化业务流程和增强市场竞争力的新的动力。如何让信息技术对企业战略有效支撑,如何有效地制定信息化战略,让信息系统服务于企业的发展,并从中取得应有的投资回报,这对于企业来说是个巨大的挑战。 本文在对企业信息化战略规划理论及模型、IT战略的规划方法论进行文献综述的基础上,重点以HFD医疗器械(上海)有限公司的信息化战略规划与实施为具体案例,分析HFD公司的企业战略、IT组织架构、基础架构,管理安全以及应用系统架构,并总结公司信息化及其战略存在的问题。通过公司业务发展对客户关系管理、电子商务、业务智能等信息系统的需求。并在战略一致性理论的基础上,结合平衡记分卡等方法,提出HFD公司的信息化战略使命和愿景,设计出公司信息化战略的框架,最终规划出公司信息化战略总体方案,并提出建立新的信息系统构架包括核心系统、数据中心、应用服务和第三方系统,分析实施过程中遇到的困难,对实施的效果在IT能力和公司业绩两方面做了评估,验证了HFD公司IT战略达到既定目标。
[Abstract]:In the context of today's intensification of the process of global economic integration and the continuous development of information technology, information technology and information systems have intertwined with commercial activities, It has become a powerful weapon for enterprises to cope with fierce market competition. Enterprise informatization can promote enterprise innovation and development. How to make the information technology support the enterprise strategy effectively, how to formulate the information strategy effectively, how to make the information system serve the development of the enterprise, and how to obtain the due investment return from the information technology. This is a huge challenge for enterprises. Based on the literature review of enterprise informatization strategic planning theory and model IT strategy planning methodology, this paper focuses on the information strategy planning and implementation of HFD Medical Devices (Shanghai) Co., Ltd as a specific case. It organization structure, infrastructure, management security and application system architecture of HFD company are analyzed, and the problems of information technology and its strategy are summarized. Based on the theory of strategic consistency and the method of balanced scorecard, the paper puts forward the mission and vision of HFD information strategy, and designs the framework of information strategy. Finally, the overall plan of the information strategy of the company is planned, and a new information system framework is proposed, including the core system, data center, application service and third party system, and the difficulties encountered in the implementation are analyzed. The effectiveness of the implementation is evaluated in terms of IT capability and company performance, and it is verified that HFD's IT strategy achieves its stated objectives.
