【摘要】:随着社会、经济的发展,,移动通信技术发展极为迅速。经过近二十年的持续发展,我国移动电话用户数已经发展达到十一多亿户,其中3G用户数2.2亿户。在越来越激烈的商业时代,全业务带来了业务的复杂多样,客户需要简单一致的客户感知,方便的产品办理、透明的消费、清晰明了的优惠,现有的运营支撑系统已经很难满足移动业务发展的需要,为适应发展,对现有的运营支撑系统进行改进就越来越迫切。 本文以某大型移动运营企业为例,通过对其运营支撑系统的分析,针对其不足,提出具有逻辑相关性、可操作性的运营支撑系统优化解决方案——NGBOSS(下一代运营支撑系统)。本文主要进行了以下几项工作: (1)分析移动通信行业发展的现状,提出建设以客户关系管理(CRM)为中心运营支撑系统的必要性。 (2)介绍通信运营支撑系统的各种理论基础,如CRM架构、增强型电信运营图(ETOM)业务流程框架、新一代运营支撑软件系统NGOSS。介绍国内通信企业运营支撑系统建设背景,对通信运营机制进行分析。 (3)本文以某大型移动运营企业为例,对其运营支撑系统现状进行分析,介绍目前系统存在的不足,提出拟优化运营支撑系统的愿景。 (4)针对其不足,设计出具有逻辑相关性、可操作性的运营支撑系统优化解决方案,详细介绍优化方案的相关项目。 (5)对优化系统前后进行分析对比,介绍开展优化方案后业务的提升效果。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and economy, the development of mobile communication technology is extremely rapid. After nearly 20 years of sustained development, the number of mobile phone subscribers in China has reached more than one billion households. Among them, there are 220 million 3G users. In the increasingly fierce business era, the whole business brings the complexity and diversity of the business. Customers need simple and consistent customer perception, convenient product processing, transparent consumption, clear concessions, The existing operation support system has been difficult to meet the needs of mobile service development. In order to adapt to the development, it is more and more urgent to improve the existing operation support system. This paper takes a large mobile operation enterprise as an example, through the analysis of its operation support system, aiming at its deficiency, puts forward the logical correlation, The operational operation support system optimization solution NGBOSS (next generation operation support system). This paper mainly carried out the following work:. 1) analyzing the present situation of the development of mobile communication industry, and putting forward the necessity of building CRM (customer relationship Management) as the center of operation support system. This paper introduces the theoretical basis of the communication operation support system, such as CRM architecture, enhanced telecom operation chart (ETOM) business process framework, a new generation of operation support software system (NGOSS), and introduces the background of the construction of the operation support system of the domestic communication enterprises. The communication operation mechanism is analyzed. This paper takes a large mobile operation enterprise as an example, analyzes the current situation of its operation support system, introduces the shortcomings of the current system, and puts forward the vision of optimizing the operation support system. In view of its deficiency, the optimization solution of operation support system with logic correlation and maneuverability is designed, and the related items of optimization scheme are introduced in detail. Analysis and contrast before and after the optimization system, introduce the business promotion effect after the optimization program.
