基于RoR框架的高校合作关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:根据笔者在腾讯科技有限公司高校关系组的实习经历,高校基本信息管理、干系人关系管理、校企合作PR内容管理、项目管理等方面的工作都是公司与高校/科研机构合作推动信息科学技术创新,培养互联网顶级人才,营造互联网产业健康生态的重要需求。围绕这一需求,可以设计一款服务于公司高校关系团队、内外合作伙伴的管理系统,重点支持高校合作相关内容管理(CMS)、高校及内外客户关系管理(CRM)、校企合作项目过程管理(PM)等若干方面的工作,同时基于微信公众平台与企业号平台,为高校合作团队提供便捷的办公入口,可以方便地进行联系人查询与项目追踪。本文首先对高校合作关系管理系统做了细致的需求分析,根据需求在概要设计阶段明确系统架构、体系结构以及功能结构,详细设计与实现阶段系统使用简洁高效的Ruby on Rails框架,并在前端通过Bootstrap、j Query、SASS、Coffee Script、SLIM等技术提高用户体验、降低开发成本。高校合作关系管理系统主要包括内容管理子系统、客户关系管理子系统、项目过程管理子系统、微信公众号与企业号应用以及系统管理模块。内容管理子系统主要支持文章发布、活动发布与统计、专题页面自定义等功能;客户关系管理子系统负责维护单位、部门、联系人及相关事件的信息;项目过程管理子系统负责维护项目基本信息、干系人信息、项目里程碑与任务的定义和提醒;公众号为用户提供了移动端的新闻查看、活动申请入口,企业号为内部用户提供了客户信息查找、项目跟踪等支持;系统管理则提供了日志、用户权限监控等基本的系统支撑功能。最后通过一系列的功能测试、性能测试,确定系统可以对高校合作过程中的新闻与活动、客户关系、项目与任务进行管理,达到了客户的使用预期,并且在并发访问量达到一定量级时,能够保持较高可用性、稳定性。
[Abstract]:According to the author's internship experience in the University Relations Group of Tencent Science and Technology Co., Ltd., the basic information management of colleges and universities, the management of stakeholder relations, the content management of cooperation between school and enterprise PR, Project management is an important requirement for the company to cooperate with colleges and universities / scientific research institutions to promote information science and technology innovation, train the top talents of the Internet, and create a healthy ecological environment for the Internet industry. We can design a management system that can serve the university relationship team, internal and external partners of the company, and focus on supporting the work of CMSM, CRM, process management of cooperative projects between universities and enterprises, and so on. At the same time, based on the WeChat public platform and enterprise number platform, it provides a convenient office entrance for the university cooperation team, and can easily carry out contact inquiries and project tracking. Firstly, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the requirements of the university cooperative relationship management system. According to the requirements, the system architecture, architecture and function structure are defined in the outline design phase. The system uses a simple and efficient Ruby on Rails framework in the detailed design and implementation phase, and improves the user experience through the front end technology, such as Bootstrapper, Queryj, SASSS Coffee ScriptScriptSIM, etc. The cooperative relationship management system in colleges and universities mainly includes content management subsystem, customer relationship management subsystem, project process management subsystem, WeChat Official account and Enterprise number Application and system Management Module. The content management subsystem mainly supports the functions of publishing articles, publishing activities and statistics, customizing special pages, etc. The customer relationship management subsystem is responsible for maintaining units, departments, etc. The project process management subsystem is responsible for maintaining project basic information, stakeholder information, project milestones and task definitions and reminders. Activity application entry, enterprise number for internal users to provide customer information search, project tracking and other support; system management provides logging, user rights monitoring and other basic system support functions. Finally, through a series of functional tests, Performance testing, to determine that the system can manage the news and activities, customer relations, projects and tasks in the process of cooperation in colleges and universities, achieve the customer's use expectations, and when the number of concurrent visits to a certain order of magnitude, Ability to maintain high availability and stability.
