商业机构客户档案开发利用研究

【摘要】:正档案信息能否成为信息资源,并在国民经济中发挥其应有的作用,关键还要看档案信息资源开发与利用的关系处理得如何。处理得好能相互促进产生效益,处理得不好就会适得其反。商业机构客户档案信息的开发与利用是既相互联系又相互区别的两项工作。它们的工作内容和工作任务各有侧重:
