A银行宁夏分行财富管理业务发展研究

【摘要】:中国已成为世界第二大经济体,经济不断增长,社会持续稳定发展,人们的生活质量不断提高,我国富裕阶层的人数及其财产规模不断增多。根据2016年福布斯发布的《2015年中国大众富裕阶层财富白皮书》显示,截至2015年底,中国富裕阶层人数达到1528万,福布斯所指的中国富裕阶层是指个人可投资资产在60万人民币至600万人民币之间的中高净值人群,中国国内可投资资产超过1000万元人民币的高净值人士数量已逾105万人,高净值客户越来越成为财富管理机构尤其是金融机构的重要客户群。目前,中国银行业正在处于转型升级的重要关键时期,随着存贷款利率的市场化,利差不断缩小,银行以利差为主要收益的时代已然即将过去。从国外先进经验来,银行业转型升级的一个重要方面就是提供更多的中间服务(中间业务收入的重要来源是资管业务、理财收入)。2016年,我国国内个人可投资资产规模高达157万亿,且每年以15%的速度递增。面对如此庞大并且发展潜力无限的高净值客户市场,有必要从金融机构开展财富管理业务的角度对高净值客户关系管理进行全面而深入的研究。为此,论文以笔者所从事的行业为背景,结合MBA理论学习和工作实践,通过对国内外商业银行财富管理业务发展现状进行研究,提炼出可借鉴的国内外商业银行先进财富管理做法,针对A行宁夏分行财富管理业务现状、发展和存在的问题,通过理论结合实际的分析方法,从客户关系管理方向,探究如何构建完善的分层级的客户关系管理体系和管理思维,搭建可拓展的、可推广的、适应互联网和大数据运营的基于客户关系管理的财富管理系统,对A行宁夏分行财富管理业务发展进行补充和完善,为财富管理业务的转型升级提供成功参考模式。
[Abstract]:China has become the second largest economy in the world, its economy is growing, society is developing steadily, people's quality of life is improving, and the number of rich class and its property scale are increasing.The number of wealthy Chinese reached 15.28 million by the end of 2015, according to Forbes' 2015 White Paper on the Wealth of the Chinese masses.Forbes refers to the wealthy class in China, who are individuals with assets ranging from 600000 yuan to 6 million yuan. The number of high net worth individuals with investable assets of more than 10 million yuan is more than 1.05 million in China.High net worth customers have become an important customer base of wealth management institutions, especially financial institutions.At present, China's banking industry is in an important period of transformation and upgrading. With the marketization of deposit and loan interest rates, the interest rate gap is shrinking, and the era of bank interest margin as the main income has passed.From the advanced experience of foreign countries, an important aspect of banking transformation and upgrading is to provide more intermediate services.The scale of individual investable assets in China is as high as 157 trillion, and increases by 15% every year.In the face of such a huge market with unlimited potential, it is necessary to carry out a comprehensive and in-depth study on high net worth customer relationship management from the perspective of wealth management business of financial institutions.Therefore, based on the background of the industry engaged in by the author, combined with the study and practice of MBA theory, this paper studies the present situation of wealth management business of commercial banks at home and abroad.Abstract the advanced wealth management practices of domestic and foreign commercial banks, aiming at the present situation, development and existing problems of wealth management business in Ningxia Branch of Bank A, through theoretical and practical analysis methods, from the direction of customer relationship management,Explore how to build a perfect hierarchical customer relationship management system and management thinking, build a scalable, extensible, adaptable to the Internet and big data operating wealth management system based on customer relationship management,The development of wealth management business in Ningxia Branch of Bank A is supplemented and perfected to provide a successful reference mode for the transformation and upgrading of wealth management business.
