迅捷汽修管理系统的研究与分析

【摘要】:迅捷汽修公司是一家以汽车修理为主的公司,目前公司的维修业务,材料管理,客户关系管理等各种业务都还是使用人工纸质记录的方式进行管理。纸质材料难以长久保存,并且查询也很不方便。随着社会信息化的普及,迅捷汽修公司想借此机会建设迅捷汽修管理系统来实现公司管理的信息化。 论文首先对迅捷汽修管理系统的研究背景进行了简要介绍,并且根据系统需求对系统中需要进行解决的问题作了一个概述,并描述了系统的涉及到的相关开发方法和技术;其次制定了迅捷汽修管理系统的设计目标,通过对迅捷汽修管理系统的原有业务流程进行分析、现有业务流程的再造和可行性分析得出系统的业务流程图、数据流图、功能数据分析图(缩略图),并对数据字典作了描述;根据系统的功能分析,给出了迅捷汽修管理系统总功能结构图(包图),包括预约管理、开单管理、领料管理、退料管理、结算管理、材料入库、材料出库、材料管理、供货商管理、会员管理、用户管理、角色管理和权限管理等功能模块,分别给出了具体模块设计的功能结构图(包图),通过对系统功能数据的分析,给出了系统的实体和实体关系和系统的数据库表的详细设计。 通过对迅捷汽修管理系统的分析与设计,重新梳理了迅捷汽修公司工作的业务,在系统设计中增加了预约管理和维修材料入库出库的业务,调整了原有的工作流程,希望系统建成之后,能解决公司以往纸质化记录查询和保管不方便的问题。公司管理人员能够方便快速的掌握公司各项信息,及时作出决策和调整。为提高公司信息化水平,推进公司快速发展奠定基础。
[Abstract]:Swift Auto repair Company is a car repair company, the company's current maintenance business, material management, customer relationship management and other businesses are still using manual paper records to manage. Paper materials are difficult to preserve for a long time, and inquiries are also inconvenient. With the popularity of social informatization, the company wants to take this opportunity to build a rapid auto repair management system to realize the information management of the company. Firstly, this paper briefly introduces the research background of the rapid automobile repair management system, and gives an overview of the problems that need to be solved according to the system requirements, and describes the relevant development methods and techniques involved in the system. Secondly, the design goal of the rapid repair management system is established. Through the analysis of the original business process, the reengineering of the existing business process and the feasibility analysis, the business flow chart and data flow chart of the system are obtained. According to the function analysis of the system, the general function structure chart of the rapid automobile repair management system (including booking management, billing management, material collection management, material returning management, etc.) is given. The function data analysis chart (thumbnail map) and the data dictionary are given, and according to the function analysis of the system, the general function structure chart of the rapid automobile repair management system is given. Function modules such as settlement management, material storage, material exit, material management, supplier management, member management, user management, role management and authority management, etc. The function structure diagram (package diagram) of the specific module design is given respectively. Through the analysis of the system function data, the entity and entity relations of the system and the detailed design of the database table of the system are given. Through the analysis and design of the rapid automobile repair management system, the business of the company is reorganized. In the system design, the business of the reservation management and the storage and exit of the maintenance materials are added, and the original work flow is adjusted. It is hoped that the system can solve the problem of inconvenient query and storage of the company's paper-based records. Company managers can quickly grasp the company information, timely decision-making and adjustment. In order to improve the level of information technology, promote the rapid development of the company laid the foundation.
