四川通信建设工程有限公司客户关系管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:在如今的互联网时代,火热的互联网相关的产品或者服务层出不穷,通过网络的连接和延伸,将处于世界各个地方的机构、组织以及个人等有机的联系起来了。在这种“地球村”的影响之下,通过互联网进行公司管理或者公司管理创新等成为可能,而且这种可能正在不断加深。受此影响影响之下,通过笔者对互联网的不断深入了解,也经过对平时工作的不断感悟,如何通过互联网来管理客户则成为本文需要研究和解决的问题。本文的主要研究工作包括了如下几个方面:(1)笔者通过查阅相关文献资料和研究成果等,认为设计和开发客户关系管理系统则十分具有现实意义。在此目标的指导之下,通过对用户的需求分析的编写,然后完成了系统的设计,接着完成了系统的开发工作,最后对系统进行了功能模块的测试,测试结果较为理想。目前该系统已经投入到四川通信工程建设有限公司的客户管理工作之中。(2)本系统基于Windows平台,系统的运行则建立在ASP环境下,以VBscript作为系统的主程序语言,同时选用了MSSQL2005作为系统的数据库,在客户端的脚步设计和开发中,选用了Jscript作为客户端脚步。系统的主要功能分为:用户登录、客户资料管理、合同管理、预约跟进管理、客户服务管理、日程安排管理以及用户管理等主要功能模块。目前该系统在四川通信工程建设公司运行较为正常,能够辅助完成日程的客户关系管理工作。(3)本文重点对需求分析、系统设计以及实现等进行研究。在对系统的需求分析的研究方面,则以座谈法和调研法为主进行了详细的分析,在对程序的设计方面则采取了分层设计的方法,并对程序的设计过程进行优化;在对系统测试当中,则选用了功能测试法的方式进行,通过设计用例进行各个子功能的测试。通过该系统的实际应用,在不久的未来可以看到,该公司的客户管理工作将会更加规范,客户资源的利用将会更加合理有效,企业的市场竞争力将会进一步增强,最终能够有效提升企业的整体效益水平。
[Abstract]:In today's Internet era, the hot Internet related products or services emerge in endlessly, through the network connection and extension, will be located in all parts of the world institutions, organizations and individuals and other organic links. Under the influence of this global village, corporate management or corporate management innovation through the Internet is possible, and this possibility is deepening. Under this influence, through the continuous in-depth understanding of the Internet, but also through the constant understanding of the usual work, how to manage customers through the Internet has become a problem to be studied and solved in this paper. The main research work of this paper includes the following aspects: 1) the author considers that the design and development of customer relationship management system is of great practical significance through consulting relevant literature and research results. Under the guidance of this goal, the design of the system is completed through the analysis of the user's requirements, and then the development of the system is completed. Finally, the functional modules of the system are tested, and the test results are satisfactory. At present, the system has been put into the customer management work of Sichuan Communication Engineering Construction Co., Ltd.) the system is based on Windows platform, and the operation of the system is based on ASP environment. VBscript is the main program language of the system. At the same time, MSSQL2005 is selected as the database of the system, and Jscript is chosen as the client step in the design and development of the client. The main functions of the system are as follows: user login, customer data management, contract management, reservation follow-up management, customer service management, scheduling management and user management. At present, the system is running normally in Sichuan Communication Engineering Construction Company, which can assist to complete the schedule of customer relationship management.) this paper focuses on requirements analysis, system design and implementation. In the aspect of requirement analysis of the system, the discussion method and the research method are used in detail, and the hierarchical design method is adopted in the design of the program, and the process of the program design is optimized. In the system test, the method of function test is used, and the sub-function is tested by design cases. Through the practical application of the system, it can be seen in the near future that the company's customer management work will be more standardized, the use of customer resources will be more reasonable and effective, and the market competitiveness of enterprises will be further enhanced. Finally, it can effectively improve the overall efficiency level of the enterprise.
