基于BCE平台的电信CRM系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:随着电信事业的迅速发展,CRM(客户关系管理)系统的业务量逐渐增大,业务功能逐渐呈现出多样化、复杂化的特点,给CRM系统的开发效率和开发质量带来诸多挑战。构件化软件开发作为一种新的软件开发技术,为CRM系统的开发提供了新的技术手段。该技术能够根据业务功能将应用软件分成多个独立的单元,通过组装软件构件单元实现软件集成,从而提高系统的可扩展性和灵活性,缩短开发周期。 本文介绍了电信CRM系统的概念、特性、功能结构及目前的状况,并分析了传统开发方式存在的问题。在深入研究软件架构,软件开发的构件化、流程化的基础上,本文对实习单位采用的基于BCE平台的电信CRM系统进行分析研究。该平台基于符合SOA体系结构的AppFrame框架,针对电信CRM的业务特点,,将软件开发过程划分成易扩展的、稳定的基础组件,统一开发模式,实现了基于配置的程序开发,从而提高系统的复用性,缩短开发周期。根据实际开发需求,本文进一步针对BCE平台在页面配置方面的不足,提出了改进方案,实现了页面顺序、选择、循环流程的配置,提高了原BCE框架的适应性和易用性。最后,本文以综合业务受理模块为例实现了电信CRM子系统的原型开发。测试结果表明,BCE平台能够有效的实现系统代码复用,易于系统功能扩展,提高开发效率,减少软件维护成本,为企业创造新的价值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of telecommunication industry, the business volume of CRM (customer relationship Management) system is increasing gradually, and the business function gradually presents the characteristics of diversification and complexity, which brings many challenges to the development efficiency and quality of CRM system. As a new software development technology, component software development provides a new technical means for the development of CRM system. The technology can divide the application software into several independent units according to the business function, and realize the software integration by assembling the software component units, thus improving the system's expansibility and flexibility, and shortening the development period. This paper introduces the concept, characteristics, function structure and current situation of telecommunication CRM system, and analyzes the problems existing in traditional development methods. On the basis of deep research on software architecture, software development component and flow, this paper analyzes and studies the telecommunication CRM system based on BCE platform. The platform is based on the AppFrame framework which accords with SOA architecture. According to the business characteristics of telecom CRM, the software development process is divided into easy and stable basic components, unified development model, and the program development based on configuration is realized. In order to improve the reuse of the system, shorten the development cycle. According to the actual development requirements, this paper further aims at the shortcomings of the BCE platform in page configuration, proposes an improved scheme, realizes the configuration of page order, selection, cycle flow, and improves the adaptability and ease of use of the original BCE framework. Finally, the prototype development of telecom CRM subsystem is realized by taking the integrated service acceptance module as an example. The test results show that the BCE platform can effectively realize system code reuse, easy to expand system functions, improve development efficiency, reduce software maintenance costs, and create new value for enterprises.
