企业售后服务的成本管理问题研究

【摘要】:企业售后服务质量的高低决定了客户满意度,而客户消费的高低又直接影响了企业的利润,所以企业应当在成本最小化的情况下,投入合理的资金去维护和客户的关系。本文站在企业的角度,从我国各企业售后服务成本的基本情况出发,与大家一起探讨如何处理好售后服务质量与成本间的矛盾关系,为我国企业的发展和售后服务成本管理机制的建设和完善提出自己的思考和建议。
[Abstract]:The quality of after-sales service determines the customer satisfaction, and the level of customer consumption directly affects the profits of the enterprise, so the enterprise should invest reasonable funds to maintain the relationship with the customer in the case of minimizing the cost. From the point of view of enterprises, starting from the basic situation of after-sales service cost of Chinese enterprises, this paper discusses with everyone how to deal with the contradiction between after-sales service quality and cost. This paper puts forward some thoughts and suggestions for the development of Chinese enterprises and the construction and perfection of cost management mechanism of after-sales service.
