上海优森德产品检测有限责任公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:摘要:企业的发展战略作为其未来发展的基准,明确了战略目标和战略定位,指导着企业的中长期经营行为,对其长远发展有着重要的现实指导意义。我国产品检测行业正处于快速成长阶段,而外部环境中各种发展机会与威胁并存,所以,结合分析产品检测企业的内部资源和能力,制定出具有前瞻性的发展战略,是我国产品检测企业迫切需要做的。 本文对上海优森德产品检测技术有限责任公司(在文中简称为“UTS公司”)所处的外部宏观环境及行业中观环境进行分析,认为在我国的宏观环境下,产品检测企业发展蕴藏的机会大于威胁,而企业所处的行业环境竞争比较激烈。通过进一步分析公司内部资源和能力,认为UTS公司有一定的技术资源及较好的财务状况,但其高水平技术人才队伍建设有待进一步加强。结合对公司所处的外部环境及内部资源能力分析来看,UTS公司有望进一步发展成为国内知名的产品检测企业,参与全国性竞争。综合上述分析,本文认为UTS在公司层面的战略应该选择相关多元化的成长型战略;而在业务层面的战略应先选择成本领先战略,抢占一定市场后再采取差异化战略,以保持企业长期可持续性发展的核心竞争力。为了实现战略目标,UTS公司应做好以下几方面的工作:优化调整组织结构;引进与培养高素质人才;完善技术管理体系;强化客户关系管理;开发与经营新市场;加强建设企业文化;树立企业品牌。并在战略实施过程中予以适当的战略控制。图14幅,表5个,参考文献53篇。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the development strategy of an enterprise is regarded as the benchmark of its future development. It clarifies the strategic goal and strategic orientation, guides the medium and long term management behavior of the enterprise, and has important practical guiding significance for its long-term development. China's product testing industry is at a rapid growth stage, and various development opportunities and threats coexist in the external environment. Therefore, combining with the analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of product testing enterprises, a forward-looking development strategy has been formulated. Is our country product inspection enterprise urgently needs to do. In this paper, the external macro environment and the industry meso environment of Shanghai Usende Product Inspection Technology Co., Ltd (referred to in this paper as "UTS Company") are analyzed, and it is concluded that under the macro environment of our country, The development of product testing enterprises contains more opportunities than threats, and the industry environment in which the competition is more intense. Through further analysis of the internal resources and capabilities of the company, it is concluded that UTS company has certain technical resources and good financial situation, but the construction of its high-level technical talents needs to be further strengthened. According to the analysis of the external environment and internal resource ability of the company, UTS is expected to become a well-known domestic product testing enterprise and participate in national competition. Synthesizing the above analysis, this paper holds that UTS should choose the relevant diversified growth strategy at the company level, and the strategy at the business level should choose the cost leading strategy first, and then adopt the differentiation strategy after occupying a certain market. In order to maintain the core competitiveness of long-term sustainable development of enterprises. In order to achieve the strategic goal, UTS Company should do the following work: optimize and adjust the organization structure, introduce and train high-quality talents, perfect the technical management system, strengthen the customer relationship management, develop and manage the new market; Strengthen the construction of enterprise culture; set up enterprise brand. And in the implementation of the strategy to give appropriate strategic control. There are 14 figures, 5 tables and 53 references.
