论会展营销中的客户关系管理

【摘要】:正在中国市场经济的繁荣和成熟下,会展产业应运而生。然而,在会展经济发展良好的同时,会展营销也暴露出一些问题,尤其是对其中的客户关系的管理,不仅影响了会展的口碑,也削弱了会展的价值和作用。笔者通过对客户关系管理定义的阐述,指出在当前中国的会展产业的客户关系管理存在三大问题:会馆利用率高,供不应求、会展人才缺乏,缺乏职业技能培训、会展的客户关系管理意识淡薄,售后服务不到位;
[Abstract]:Under the prosperity and maturity of China's market economy, the exhibition industry emerged as the times require. However, while the exhibition economy is developing well, exhibition marketing also exposes some problems, especially the management of customer relationship, which not only affects the reputation of exhibition, but also weakens the value and function of exhibition. By expounding the definition of customer relationship management, the author points out that there are three major problems in customer relationship management in China's exhibition industry: high utilization rate of convention hall, short supply, lack of talents and lack of vocational skills training. The customer relationship management consciousness of exhibition is weak, the after-sales service is not in place;
