运用互联网思维破解居民电费回收难题

【摘要】:为了贯彻落实党的十八大"依法治国"精神,落实依法治企要求,国网宜昌供电公司客户服务中心以建设合法规范、智能互动的新型客户关系为突破,探索以技术、管理、人员三维为支撑,建设互联网+供电服务体系,提升电费回收规范性、便捷性和智能性,破解居民电费回收难题。
[Abstract]:In order to carry out the spirit of "governing the country according to law" of the 18th CPC National Congress and to implement the requirements of managing enterprises according to law, the customer service center of Yichang Power supply Company of the State Network has made a breakthrough in building a new type of customer relationship, which is legal and standard, intelligent and interactive, and has explored technology and management. In order to solve the problem of electricity recovery, we should build Internet power supply service system, improve the standardization, convenience and intelligence of electricity recovery.
