KDD在零售业客户关系管理中的应用分析研究

【摘要】:传统的零售业CRM系统不能对零售业的海量数据进行有效利用,也难以对公司的营销决策提供支持,而KDD主要研究如何从大量的数据中智能地、自动地提取出有价值的知识和信息。在零售业CRM系统中引入KDD的方案,并在零售业CRM系统中实施KDD算法,可以有效地利用客户信息资源,有效提升企业CRM质量。
[Abstract]:The traditional retail CRM system can not make effective use of the massive data of the retail industry, and it is difficult to provide support to the marketing decision of the company. However, the KDD mainly studies how to intelligently use the large amount of data from the large amount of data. Automatically extract valuable knowledge and information. Introducing the scheme of KDD into the retail CRM system and implementing the KDD algorithm in the retail CRM system can effectively utilize the customer information resources and effectively improve the quality of the enterprise CRM.
