地方性旅游景区客户关系管理研究

【摘要】:随着互联网+旅游的蓬勃发展,旅游景区既有的客户管理管理理念与系统逐渐暴漏出弊端,以旅行社为代表的分销客户的渠道行为阻碍了景区网络售票渠道的发展。本文通过分析不同阶段旅游景区客户对售票渠道的影响,对景区现有客户关系管理现状进行深度剖析,提出以分销商客户和消费客户为双核心的客户关系管理理念和系统模型设计,以期对旅游景区实施客户关系管理提供一定的参考。
[Abstract]:With the vigorous development of Internet tourism, the existing customer management concepts and systems of scenic spots gradually leak out malpractices, and the channel behavior of distribution customers represented by travel agencies hinders the development of online ticketing channels in scenic spots. Based on the analysis of the influence of scenic spot customers on ticket selling channels in different stages, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of customer relationship management in scenic spots. This paper puts forward the concept and system model design of customer relationship management with distributor customers and consumer customers as the dual core, in order to provide some reference for the implementation of customer relationship management in scenic spots.
