扬州A超市卖场客户关系管理现状分析

【摘要】:随着当今零售业市场竞争的加剧,越来越多的企业在管理发展问题上更加注重企业客户关系管理。文章在对扬州A超市卖场客户关系管理现状详细调研的基础上,通过分析影响顾客满意度的因素,发现了客户关系管理中存在的相关问题,并针对问题提出了一些对策与建议。
[Abstract]:With the aggravation of the competition in the retail market, more and more enterprises pay more attention to the customer relationship management in the management development. Based on the detailed investigation of the present situation of customer relationship management in Yangzhou A supermarket store, this paper analyzes the factors that affect customer satisfaction, finds out the related problems in customer relationship management, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems.
