英国科学节的效果评估研究

【摘要】：英国科学节是英国历史上最悠久的科学节,在欧洲乃至世界都具有较大的影响力,几十年来逐步建立起较为稳定的评估体系。本研究从评估目标、内容和方法对英国科学节的效果评估进行了梳理,揭示并分析了内部和外部评估角度和调查问题的不同。分析发现:英国科学节在评估的指导思想和方式上与NSF相比仍有一定差距,但其内部评估的方式在进行经验总结、提升工作团队的总体实力方面具有一定的优势;评估在检验科学节的目标、产出、组织实施情况及受众传播效果中发挥了积极作用,同时也存在客观性不足、流于表面等局限性,这对我国科学节效果评估体系的建立和完善有一定的借鉴和启示意义。
Abstract: the British Science Festival is the oldest scientific festival in British history, and has great influence in Europe and the world. In the past decades, a relatively stable assessment system has been established. The purpose of this study is to sort out the evaluation results of the British Science Festival from the assessment objectives, contents and methods, and reveal the differences between internal and external evaluation angles and survey questions. The analysis found: in the evaluation of the guiding ideology and the way of the British Science Festival compared with NSF, there is still a certain gap, but its internal assessment methods have certain advantages in the overall strength of experience and enhance team work; assessment plays a positive role in the implementation and audience communication effect in the target, the output test Science Festival in the organization, there is also a lack of objectivity and superficial limitations, the effect of the science section of China's evaluation system and has certain reference and enlightenment significance to perfect.
