基于互动机制的高技术研究机构成果转化模式分析

【摘要】：互动是创新过程的本质特征,国立科研机构与产业的互动是国家创新系统的关键要素之一,决定了科技成果转化的效率。根据互动机制正式性与动态性,构建高技术研究机构与成果转化企业互动的象限模型,提出一体式、合同式、平台式3种模式。利用国内外代表性高技术研究机构案例,验证并丰富了理论模式。高技术研究机构应根据互动机制,选择最为有效的成果转化模式。
[Abstract]:Interaction is the essential feature of the innovation process. The interaction between national scientific research institutions and industry is one of the key elements of the national innovation system, which determines the efficiency of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The quadrant model of the interaction between high-tech research institutions and achievement transformation enterprises is constructed, and three models of integration, contract and platform are put forward. Cases of representative high-tech research institutions at home and abroad are used. High-tech research institutions should choose the most effective transformation model according to the interactive mechanism.
