欧盟KICs对我国协同创新的启示

【摘要】：欧盟EIT以KICs模式促进"知识三角"的融合与有效转化,自2010年首批启动3个KICs以来,取得了初步成效。欧盟KICs具有专注战略前沿技术、以企业为主导、以培养创新能力和促进经济增长为核心3个特点。我国应设立综合性产学研合作专项推动科教协同,以KICs为载体加强与欧盟EIT的交流合作,并加强对欧盟KICs的跟踪研究。
[Abstract]:The EIT in KICs mode to promote the integration of "knowledge triangle" and the effective transformation, since 2010 to start the first 3 KICs, has achieved initial success. The KICs has a focus on strategic frontier technology, as the leading enterprise, in order to cultivate innovation ability and promote economic growth as the core 3 characteristics. China should set up a comprehensive research cooperation project to promote science and technology cooperation, KICs as a carrier to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the EU EIT, and strengthen the follow-up study of EU KICs.
