【摘要】：基于知识产权相关理论,以科技资源为主体,以科技资源共享的知识产权管理与服务内涵为基础,剖析科技资源在共享过程中的知识产权管理与服务诉求,探究科技资源共享的知识产权管理与服务模式及其形成机理,旨在促进对科技资源的利用与保护,并为其在共享中更有效地提升价值、整合协同以发挥最大效用提供理论参考。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of intellectual property, taking the science and technology resources as the main body, and taking the intellectual property management and service connotation of scientific and technological resources sharing as the foundation, this paper analyzes the intellectual property management and service demands of scientific and technological resources in the process of sharing. In order to promote the utilization and protection of science and technology resources and to promote their value in sharing, this paper explores the intellectual property management and service mode and its formation mechanism of science and technology resources sharing. Integration and coordination to maximize the effectiveness of the theoretical reference.
