核心专利群规避设计案例研究

【摘要】：从核心专利技术的角度提出一种从根源上避开专利壁垒的规避设计流程.通过专利检索获取目标专利库,对目标专利库中的专利进行引证分析确定核心专利群,构建核心专利的系统结构树与功能树并建立模块-功能表确定规避范围,分析规避范围内的元件及其功能,确定元件的功能类型及功能等级,利用TRIZ工具解决问题得到新方案,并进行侵权判定;最后以汽车发动机活塞销压销装置为例验证该流程的可行性.
[Abstract]:From the point of view of core patent technology, this paper puts forward a design flow to avoid the patent barrier from the root. Through patent retrieval, the target patent library is obtained, and the core patent group is determined by citation analysis of the patent in the target patent library. Building the system structure tree and function tree of the core patent and establishing the modular-function table to determine the circumvention range, analyzing the components and their functions within the circumvention scope, determining the functional types and functional grades of the components, and using TRIZ tools to solve the problems to obtain a new scheme. Finally, the feasibility of the process is verified by taking the piston pin pressure-pin device of the automobile engine as an example.
