知识联盟激励协同的结构模型研究

【摘要】:21世纪,中国企业面临经济全球化、组织模块化和知识资本化的挑战,企业要在激烈的市场竞争中迅速提升学习和创新能力,与国内外企业或组织组成知识联盟迫在眉睫。知识联盟的最终目的是在联盟内形成“1+12"的协同效应,但是由于企业内部等各种原因,知识联盟往往达不到其组建的目的,或者在联盟运行中期出现解体的状况,因此要对知识联盟进行激励设计。而知识联盟的各知识主体是互相联系的,牵一发而动全身,所以要为联盟中的知识主体共同制定激励机制,通过知识交互、共享、融合和创造,最终实现知识创新,形成协同效应,即进行知识联盟激励协同。联盟的知识主体间形成了一种协同网络结构,其本质是一种社会网络,因此可以运用社会网络分析法,对知识联盟进行分析,依据分析的结果找出联盟在知识协同中存在的问题,进行激励协同。 本文分析了知识联盟激励协同的形成动因,在此基础上,根据知识联盟理论、激励理论、一般系统论和协同论及其相关理论,将知识联盟的参与者知识主体视为行为主体,研究知识联盟激励协同的内涵和外延,界定其基本概念,给出概念模型,综合其基本特点。同时,依据知识主体的不同,将知识联盟分为企业——企业型、企业——科研机构型和科研机构之间的知识联盟三类,根据生命周期理论分为酝酿、组建、运行和解体四个阶段,研究各类型及各阶段知识主体的协作行为,综合激励特征,给出激励协同的概念结构模型。并以科研机构之间的知识联盟为例进行实证研究。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, Chinese enterprises are facing the challenges of economic globalization, organizational modularization and knowledge capitalization. It is urgent to form a knowledge alliance with domestic and foreign enterprises or organizations. The ultimate goal of the knowledge alliance is to form the synergy effect of "112" in the alliance. However, due to various reasons within the enterprise, the knowledge alliance is often unable to achieve the purpose of forming the knowledge alliance. Or if the alliance disintegrates in the middle of its operation, it is necessary to design incentives for the knowledge alliance. And the knowledge entities of the knowledge alliance are interrelated and move all over the body. So we should make the incentive mechanism for the knowledge subject in the alliance, through the knowledge interaction, sharing, fusion and creation, finally realize the knowledge innovation, form the synergy effect. That is to say, knowledge alliance motivates collaboration, and a collaborative network structure is formed among the knowledge subjects of the alliance, whose essence is a kind of social network, so we can use the social network analysis method to analyze the knowledge alliance. According to the results of the analysis, the problems of alliance in knowledge collaboration are found, and incentive collaboration is carried out. This paper analyzes the motivation of motivation and coordination of knowledge alliance. On this basis, according to the theory of knowledge alliance, incentive theory, general system theory, synergy theory and their related theories, the knowledge subject of knowledge alliance participants is regarded as the behavior subject. This paper studies the connotation and extension of incentive collaboration of knowledge alliance, defines its basic concept, gives a conceptual model and synthesizes its basic characteristics. At the same time, according to the difference of knowledge subject, knowledge alliance is divided into enterprise-enterprise type. There are three types of knowledge alliance between enterprise and scientific research institution. According to the theory of life cycle, they are divided into four stages: brewing, forming, running and disintegrating. The conceptual structure model of incentive collaboration is given, and the knowledge alliance among scientific research institutions is taken as an example.
