基于合作专利的中国产学研协同创新合作网络结构与演化

【摘要】:在过去的30年里,我国产学研合作得到了迅速发展,引起了众多学者的关注。不同学者尝试从不同角度对我国产学研合作进行研究,主要集中在合作模式、合作关系模型、合作效率等方面。近年来,随着产学研合作的规模的逐渐扩大,很多学者将目光集中于产学研合作关系的本质——网络,开始对网络的结构及演化进行研究,对结构的研究不仅可以发现我国产学研合作中的问题,提升我国产学研合作的绩效,也为我国产学研合作发展的决策提供支撑。本文利用产学研合作专利构建产学研协同创新网络。专利作为产学研合作的产出不仅可以有效刻画产学研合作中各主体的关系,还可以有效反映出我国产学研合作产出的变化规律。故而,本文基于中国知识产权网(CNIPR)的专利数据库内所有产学研合作专利,运用复杂网络理论分析方法,搭建产学研协同创新网络结构测度的分析框架,在此框架下对产学研协同创新网络结构进行分析,最后,对产学研协同创新网络的时间和空间演化进行研究,并绘制演化图谱。通过对产学研协同创新网络的结构与演化研究发现:(1)我国产学研协同创新拓扑网络和权重网络表现出相同的结构特征;(2)我国产学研协同创新网络呈现明显的阶段性特征;(3)我国产学研网络空间演化由“单核结构”向“三核结构”发展。基于此结论得到如下启示:(1)高新技术企业的迅速发展有望为我国产学研合作注入新的活力;(2)优化资源配置,打破产学研合作壁垒,帮助弱势个体开展产学研合作;(3)扩大核心城市的辐射“功率”,带动周围形成区域创新合力。另外,本文搭建的协同创新网络分析框架主要基于复杂网络理论,未能兼顾社会学视角下的网络测度理论,使得框架结构有进一步改进空间;本文对专利数据的描述性统计仍不够细致,在文章中没有进一步深入研究中科院体系内部的科研院所在产学研协同创新网络中的地位,对现有的描述性统计也缺乏深入挖掘;此外,针对时空演化的分析仅分析了演化结果,而忽略了演化路径,故而本研究仍存在不足之处。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, my domestic research and research cooperation has been developing rapidly, which has aroused the attention of many scholars. Different scholars have tried to study the cooperation of China's domestic research and research from different angles, mainly focusing on the cooperation model, the model of cooperation relationship and the efficiency of cooperation. In recent years, with the expansion of the scale of the cooperation between production, learning and research, many studies have been made. The study of the structure and evolution of the network is focused on the nature of the cooperative relationship between production, learning and research, the network, the structure and evolution of the network. The study of the structure can not only find the problems in the cooperation of China's domestic research and research, improve the performance of our domestic research and research cooperation, but also provide support for the decision-making of China's domestic research and research cooperation development. The patent is a collaborative innovation network of production, learning and research. As the output of the cooperation between the industry and Research Institute, the patent can not only effectively depict the relationship between the various subjects in the cooperation of the University and Research Institute, but also can effectively reflect the changing law of the cooperation output of China's domestic research and research. Therefore, this article is based on all the patents in the patent database of China's intellectual property network (CNIPR). By using the complex network theory analysis method, we build an analytical framework for the measurement of the collaborative innovation network structure of industry and research and research. Under this framework, it analyzes the network structure of the cooperative innovation network. Finally, it studies the time and space evolution of the collaborative innovation network of industry and research and research, and draws the evolution map. The study of structure and evolution has found that: (1) the cooperative innovation topology network and the weight network of our domestic research institute have shown the same structural characteristics; (2) the collaborative innovation network of China's domestic research research collaborative innovation network presents obvious phase characteristics; (3) the evolution of China's domestic research and research network space evolution from "single core structure" to "three nuclear structure". (1) the rapid development of high and new technology enterprises is expected to inject new vitality into our domestic research and research cooperation; (2) optimize the allocation of resources, break up the barrier of cooperation and research cooperation, and help the vulnerable individuals to carry out the cooperation of production, school and research; (3) expand the radiation "power" of the core cities, and promote the formation of regional innovation joint force in the surrounding area. In addition, the collaborative innovation network built in this paper The analysis framework is mainly based on the complex network theory, which fails to take into account the theory of network measurement under the sociological perspective, and makes the frame structure further improve the space. The descriptive statistics of the patent data are still not careful. In this article, there is no further research on the collaborative innovation network of the research institutes in the CAS system. The status of the existing descriptive statistics is also lacking in depth. In addition, the analysis of temporal and spatial evolution only analyzes the evolution results, but neglects the evolutionary path. Therefore, there are still shortcomings in this study.
