【摘要】：当今世界的发展是以科学技术为先导的发展,而科学技术的发展倚赖于科技创新人才。本文从科技创新的角度研究人才的核心价值观,进而分析了科技创新型拔尖人才进行科学研究的本质驱动力及灵魂深处的最终宿求,为能培养出更好、更多的科技创新型拔尖人才提供一点理论支持。本文采用理论研究与综合分析相结合的方法,对科技创新型拔尖人才及其核心价值观给予了初步界定,提出了科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观的评价标准与形成的一般途径。分析了影响科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观的内因与外因,通过对以上影响因素的分析并与中国社会主义核心价值体系进行比较,最后阐述了科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观与社会主义核心价值体系之间的关系,这也是本文突出的创新点。主要内容如下：第一,在对相关国内外研究现状进行分析和评述的基础上,阐明了科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观的研究背景及其研究意义,提出了科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观认识及培养中存在的主要问题。第二,对科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观形成的理论基础,包括科技创新型拔尖人才的概念及其价值观的界定、评价标准和形成的一般路径进行了梳理和阐述。第三,通过对科技创新型拔尖人才自身的特点与外部环境的分析,概括出科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观的影响因素。第四,在分析了科技创新型拔尖人才的核心价值观影响因素的基础上,提出了科技创新型拔尖人才核心价值观的培养途径。第五,通过对社会主义核心价值体系的学习,揭示出了科技创新型拔尖人才的核心价值观与社会主义核心价值体系之间的关系。
[Abstract]:The development of today's world is guided by science and technology, and the development of science and technology depends on scientific and technological innovation talents. This paper studies the core values of talents from the angle of scientific and technological innovation, and then analyzes the essential driving force of scientific research and the ultimate aim of the soul of scientific and technological innovation talents, in order to cultivate better, More scientific and technological innovation top talents provide a bit of theoretical support. Based on the method of theoretical research and comprehensive analysis, this paper gives a preliminary definition of scientific and technological innovation talents and their core values, and puts forward the evaluation criteria and general ways of forming the core values of scientific and technological innovation talents. This paper analyzes the internal and external factors that affect the core values of the top talents of scientific and technological innovation, and compares them with the socialist core value system of China through the analysis of the above factors. Finally, the relationship between the core values and the socialist core value system of scientific and technological innovation talents is expounded, which is also the outstanding innovation point of this paper. The main contents are as follows: First, on the basis of analyzing and commenting on the current research situation at home and abroad, this paper expounds the research background and significance of the core values of scientific and technological innovation talents. This paper puts forward the main problems existing in the recognition and cultivation of the core values of the top talents of scientific and technological innovation. Secondly, the theoretical basis of the formation of the core values of scientific and technological innovation talents is discussed, including the definition of the concept and values, the evaluation criteria and the general path of formation. Thirdly, through the analysis of the characteristics and external environment of scientific and technological innovation talents, this paper summarizes the influence factors of the core values of scientific and technological innovation talents. Fourthly, on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of the core values of the scientific and technological innovation talents, this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate the core values of the scientific and technological innovation talents. Fifthly, through the study of the socialist core value system, it reveals the relationship between the core values of the top talents of scientific and technological innovation and the socialist core value system.
