知识经济背景下专利代理行业管理创新研究

【摘要】：在知识经济时代的社会背景下,发展专利代理行业、推动科学技术创新对于我国建设创新型国家具有重要意义。对于专利代理业而言,在加强和创新社会管理的进程中,如何实现企业自治、协会自律和行政监管三者之间的平衡与协调至关重要。实践中,专利代理机构同行业协会、政府主管部门之间在专利代理行业的管理过程中发挥着重要作用,我们应当进一步完善企业自身的内部治理、加强行业协会的外部监督以及强化行政部门的管理和服务。
[Abstract]:Under the social background of knowledge economy era, it is of great significance to develop patent agency industry and promote scientific and technological innovation for the construction of an innovative country in China. In the process of strengthening and innovating the social management, the balance and coordination between self-discipline and administrative supervision of the association is very important to the patent agency industry in the process of strengthening and innovating the social management. In practice, patent agencies, trade associations and government departments play an important role in the management of the patent agency industry. We should further improve the internal governance of the enterprise itself. Strengthen the external supervision of industry associations and strengthen the management and service of administrative departments.
