【摘要】：在知识经济时代,专利是引领企业经济增长和市场前进的一个强有力的发动机,提高企业综合竞争力的内涵离不开专利战略的构建与实施。信息产业作为重庆市打造西部技术标准高地的重要版图,对于促进全市产业经济结构调整,扩大内部开放高地的建设具有重要意义。在面对前所未有的产业暴增局面和严峻的市场竞争环境下,重庆市信息技术企业能否有效地运用专利战略来保护和提升自己,必将成为企业发展成败的关键。因此,企业必须要将专利战略上升到第一战略储备的高度。本文在对企业专利战略管理理论梳理的基础上,主要运用多种定量与定性方法分析了影响重庆市信息技术企业专利战略的内外部环境因素,并试探性提出了战略制定的一般性步骤模式,从而为企业更有效地制定和实施专利战略提供了方法上的支持和意识上的提升。重庆海扶(HIFU)作为重庆市信息产业发展中的佼佼者,近年来有了很大的发展,其核心技术——高强度聚焦超声治疗处于居国际领先地位。因此,本文对海扶(HIFU)的经营状况和专利战略实施情况进行了一定的调查分析,并且围绕海扶科技专利战略的成功实例进行了实证分析。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, patent is a powerful engine to lead the economic growth and market progress. The connotation of improving the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises can not be separated from the construction and implementation of the patent strategy. As an important map of Chongqing to build the technical standard highland of the west, the information industry will promote the adjustment and expansion of the industrial economic structure of the city. The construction of the internal open highland is of great significance. In the face of the unprecedented boom in industry and the severe market competition, it will be the key for Chongqing information technology enterprises to effectively use the patent strategy to protect and promote themselves. Therefore, the enterprise must raise the patent strategy to the first. The height of the strategic reserve.
On the basis of combing the theory of enterprise patent strategy management, this paper mainly uses a variety of quantitative and qualitative methods to analyze the internal and external environmental factors that affect the patent strategy of Chongqing information technology enterprises, and tentatively put forward the general step pattern of strategic formulation, so as to provide the enterprises with more effective formulation and implementation of the patent strategy. As a leader in the development of information industry in Chongqing, Chongqing Haifu (HIFU) has developed very much in recent years, and its core technology, high intensity focused ultrasound therapy is in the leading position in the world. Therefore, this paper has carried out a study on the operation status of HIFU and the implementation of patent strategy. Based on the investigation and analysis, the successful cases of HIFU patent strategy are analyzed.
