【摘要】：科学研究是以诚实守信为基础的事业,诚信是科研工作者在科研活动中所应遵循的基本行为准则。科研诚信的实现,关系到科学事业存在与发展的根基,关系到科研活动能否获得社会各界的认同与支持,也关系到以科学为支撑的综合国力的提高。本文从当代各国科研发展的现实出发,以科技哲学、科学社会学、管理学、法学、伦理学等领域的相关研究成果为理论基础,运用了文献分析法、系统分析方法、历史与逻辑相统一的方法,对科研诚信的基本理论问题和实践问题进行了深入而系统的研究。文章探讨了科研诚信的基本内涵和逻辑基础;阐述了科研诚信问题的表现类型,分析了科研诚信问题产生的原因;提出了科研诚信的实现原则和实现机制;针对当代中国科研诚信建设中存在的主要问题,提出了具体的应对措施。
[Abstract]:Scientific research is based on honesty and trustworthiness, which is the basic code of conduct for scientific research workers. The realization of scientific research credit is related to the foundation of the existence and development of scientific cause, to whether scientific research activities can be recognized and supported by all walks of life, and to the improvement of comprehensive national strength supported by science. Starting from the reality of the development of scientific research in various countries, based on the relevant research achievements in the fields of philosophy of science and technology, sociology of science, management, law, ethics and so on, this paper applies the method of literature analysis and systematic analysis. By the method of unifying history and logic, this paper makes a deep and systematic study on the basic theoretical and practical problems of scientific research honesty. This paper discusses the basic connotation and logical basis of scientific research honesty, expounds the expression types of scientific research honesty problems, analyzes the causes of scientific research honesty problems, and puts forward the realization principle and mechanism of scientific research honesty and credit. In view of the main problems existing in the construction of scientific research credit in contemporary China, concrete countermeasures are put forward.
