江西省科技政策实施现状及分析——基于270家企业的问卷调查

【摘要】：以调查问卷的方式,对江西省2006-2014年间围绕《规划纲要》颁布实施的各类科技政策的实施现状进行了调查,分析政策实施过程中存在的问题与成因,同时收集企业创新过程中对科技政策的诉求与建议,并采用AHP模型对企业政策需求进行定量研究,研究结果表明,当前企业对科技政策需求的重点已不再是政策措施本身,而是了解政策与落实政策。最后就进一步落实和完善现行科技政策体系提出相关建议。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire, this paper investigates the status quo of various scientific and technological policies promulgated and implemented in Jiangxi Province from 2006 to 2014, and analyzes the problems and causes in the process of policy implementation. At the same time, it collects the demands and suggestions of the science and technology policy in the process of enterprise innovation, and uses AHP model to carry on the quantitative research to the enterprise policy demand. The research results show that the emphasis of the current enterprise on the science and technology policy demand is no longer the policy measure itself. It's about understanding policies and implementing them. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to further implement and improve the current science and technology policy system.
