科学基金组织间国际合作网络及近十年资助概况

【摘要】：正当前在应对能源、环境、健康等全球性挑战时,国际科技合作逐渐成为一种必然的选择;扩大开放科技合作,已成为实施创新驱动发展战略的一项重要任务和基本要求。在增强国家自主创新能力方面,需要充分利用对外开放的有利条件,扩大多种形式的国际和地区科技合作与交流,支持在双(多)边科技合作协议框架下,实施国际合作研究与交流项目[1]。基础研究在面向全球性挑战方面,要推进高水平国际合作,用好全球创新资源,服务人类进步,
[Abstract]:At present, international scientific and technological cooperation is becoming an inevitable choice in dealing with global challenges such as energy, environment and health, and expanding open scientific and technological cooperation has become an important task and basic requirement for implementing the strategy of innovation-driven development. With regard to strengthening the national capacity for independent innovation, it is necessary to make full use of the favourable conditions of opening to the outside world, expand various forms of international and regional scientific and technological cooperation and exchanges, and support the bilateral (multi-border) agreement on science and technology cooperation. Implementation of international cooperative research and exchange projects [1]. In the face of global challenges, basic research should promote high-level international cooperation, make good use of global innovative resources, and serve the progress of mankind.
