我国未成年人科技意识的培养及途径研究

【摘要】：人类的进步与科学技术的发展是密切联系的。科学技术发展的程度往往能够成为社会进步的标志。到科学技术发展到20世纪的时候,我们可以认为人类社会已经进入了“大科学时代”,也就是科学技术社会化的时代。科学对人类有巨大的价值,特别是当代,科学技术与社会的广泛结合,不仅改变着个人、家庭、社会、国家,而且引起了全球在经济政治军事文化教育意识形态以至整个社会的变化。科学技术的竞争,特别是人才的竞争,是世界各国竞争的焦点,从移民条例其中一条“人才引进”就可窥见一斑。曾经在全球主导地位的国家究其根本原因都是拥有一批具备强烈科技意识,并且能把科技意识转化为科学技术,应用于科学技术,进而推动本国经济发展的人才。当前一场以电子科技、新材料、生物工程和宇航技术为标志的革命浪潮已经兴起,尤其是电子科技的飞速发展,被人们称为“第四次科技革命”。为了在已经到来的第四次科技革命中促进我国经济的发展,巩固我国的大国地位,维护世界格局的稳定性和平衡性,必须培养更多具有现代科技意识的人才。因此,对于我国未成年人科技意识的培养尤为重要。本文从未成年人与科技意识的关系分析开始,提出了对于未成年人科技意识培养的战略意义,分析我国未成年人科技意识现状以及存在问题,提出了对我国未成年人科技意识培养的基本途径。在这四部分中,都提出了观点和分析,并尽量列举吉林省的实际情况作为例子,使全文理论和实际能够结合,内容丰富,论证完整。
[Abstract]:The progress of mankind is closely related to the development of science and technology. The degree of development of science and technology can often become a sign of social progress. By the time of the development of science and technology to the 20th century, we can think that the human society has entered the "great scientific era", that is, the era of the socialization of science and technology. Science has great value to human beings, especially in the present age, the extensive combination of science and technology with society, not only changes the individual, the family, the society, the country, And caused the global economic, political, military, cultural, educational, ideological and even social changes. The competition of science and technology, especially the competition of talents, is the focus of competition all over the world. The fundamental reason for the countries that once dominated the world is that they have a group of talents who have strong scientific and technological consciousness, who can transform the consciousness of science and technology into science and technology and apply it to science and technology so as to promote the development of their own economy. At present, a revolutionary wave marked by electronic technology, new materials, biological engineering and aerospace technology has emerged, especially the rapid development of electronic science and technology, which has been called the "fourth scientific and technological revolution". In order to promote the economic development of our country, consolidate our country's status as a big country and maintain the stability and balance of the world pattern in the coming fourth scientific and technological revolution, we must train more talents with modern scientific and technological consciousness. Therefore, it is particularly important for the cultivation of science and technology consciousness of minors in our country. This article begins with the analysis of the relationship between the minors and the scientific and technological consciousness, puts forward the strategic significance for the cultivation of the minors' scientific and technological consciousness, and analyzes the present situation and the existing problems of the minors' scientific and technological consciousness in China. This paper puts forward the basic ways to cultivate the consciousness of science and technology of the minors in our country. In these four parts, the viewpoint and analysis are put forward, and the actual situation of Jilin Province is cited as an example as far as possible, so that the full text theory and practice can be combined, the content is rich, and the demonstration is complete.
