领导者处理与下属关系的难点及策略

【摘要】：正职位越高,责任越大,担子越重。领导是单位中的灵魂人物,决定着单位的生存和发展。可能唯有做了领导,方才能够真正体会到挑起所谓的重担子和大责任到底有多困难,也难怪古人在战场上、官场中千思百虑、苦思良策。然而,无论时代如何变迁、社会怎样发展,解决单位管理中问题的方式仍旧万变不离其宗。无论是人才管理,抑或是解决内部发展矛盾、提升员工士气,都与单位领导者密切相关。领导者若是不能正确处理与下属之间的关系,则
