【摘要】:职位职权和个人职权是管理者影响下属的基本条件。管理实践中,能熟于职位职权运用的管理者多,拙钝于个人职权运用的管理者也为数不少。我们每位管理者在对下属施加个人影响力上都有待进一步用心用力。
[Abstract]:Position authority and personal authority are the basic conditions for managers to influence subordinates. In management practice, many managers are familiar with the use of post authority. There are also a number of managers who are insensitive to the use of personal authority. Each of us needs further effort in exerting personal influence on our subordinates.
