一种基于随机占优准则的多指标多标度大群体决策方法

【摘要】：针对多指标多标度大群体决策问题,提出一种基于随机占优准则的决策方法。将参与决策人针对各指标给出的方案评价信息转化为关于指标评价标度的概率分布,然后依据随机占优准则判断并确定两两方案之间比较所具有的随机占优关系,并构建相应的随机占优关系矩阵。在此基础上,运用PROMETHEE Ⅱ方法得到方案的排序结果。实例分析表明,所提出的方法具有可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:A decision making method based on stochastic dominance criterion is proposed for large group decision making problem with multiple parameters and multiple scales. The scheme evaluation information given by the decision makers for each index is transformed into the probability distribution about the evaluation scale of the index, and then the random dominance relationship between the two schemes is determined according to the random dominance criterion.
