【摘要】:正近年来,各行各业的就业环境飞速变化,除了需要专门职业技能以外,也越来越需要诸如敏捷的应对、创意以及自我学习等灵活的能力。很难定义怎样的人才是未来社会最需要的,但有一点共识和共性就是,无论处于何种岗位,无论从事怎样的管理工作,都需要一个好的自我领导者。也就是说,需要一个具有高度的自我认知、自我尊重、灵活应变、学习力强、能够应对危机的人。自我领导力,简而言之,就是更好地去学习并了解自身
[Abstract]:In recent years, the employment environment in various industries has changed rapidly. In addition to the need for specialized vocational skills, there is also a growing need for flexible abilities such as agile response, creativity and self-learning. It is difficult to define what kind of talent is most needed in the future society, but there is a common understanding and commonality is that no matter what position, no matter what kind of management work, all need a good self-leadership. In other words, there is a need for a person with a high degree of self-awareness, self-respect, flexibility, learning ability and ability to cope with crises. Self-leadership, in short, is to learn and understand yourself better.
