服务型领导理论模型的演化与检验

【摘要】：服务型领导是近年来领导学和管理学关注的热点问题。自美国学者Patterson于2003年提出比较严谨的服务性领导理论模型以来,该理论模型得到了学术界广泛的关注和进一步的研究。探讨了服务型领导最初的理论模型以及在此基础上演化出的其他服务型领导理论模型的发展过程,可以看出,未来应进一步探索本土化服务型领导模式。
[Abstract]:Service-oriented leadership is a hot issue of leadership and management in recent years. Since Patterson, an American scholar, put forward a more rigorous service leadership theory model in 2003, the theoretical model has received extensive attention and further research in academic circles. This paper discusses the initial theoretical model of service-oriented leadership and the development process of other service-oriented leadership models based on it. It can be seen that the localization of service-oriented leadership model should be further explored in the future.
