【摘要】：正研究如何防止利益冲突,需要回答三个问题:何谓利益冲突?为何有利益冲突?如何防止利益冲突?笔者在借鉴已有成果的基础上,拟采用政治力学的分析方法来研究利益冲突与防止利益冲突的问题,希望能够对这一问题的研究有所帮助。一、利益冲突的内涵界定广义的利益冲突,是指不同利益主体基于需求矛盾而产生的利益纠纷与争夺,或同一主体不同利益之间的矛盾状态。由于人类资源呈现
[Abstract]:In studying how to prevent conflicts of interest, we need to answer three questions: what is conflict of interest? Why is there a conflict of interest? How to prevent conflicts of interest? On the basis of using the existing achievements for reference, the author intends to use the analytical method of political mechanics to study the problem of conflict of interest and the prevention of conflict of interest, hoping to be helpful to the study of this problem.
