【摘要】：正什么是领导力?如果100个人来研究它,可能就有100个不同的定义。仁者见仁,智者见智,无可非议。本文从群众路线的角度,对领导力进行一次再开发。在这里,基于群众路线给领导力下一个说明性的定义:领导力就是领导者从群众利益出发而又被群众所接受、从而带领群众实现领导目标的一种能力。以下将从几个方面对此进行论述。一、领导力力度的测定所谓领导力的力度,即领导力发挥的程度。对此,可以从以下主要方面进行测定:
[Abstract]:What is leadership? If 100 people study it, there may be 100 different definitions. Different views, wise men, wisdom, and no criticism. This article redevelops leadership from the perspective of the mass line. Here, leadership is based on the mass line to define leadership: leadership is the leader from the interests of the masses. It will be accepted by the masses to lead the masses to achieve a leadership goal. The following will be discussed in several respects. First, the strength of leadership is determined by the strength of leadership, that is, the extent to which leadership is exerting.
