体现资源背景差异的动态综合评价方法

【摘要】：由于被评价对象的资源背景存在较大差异,因此提出一种动态综合评价方法.首先依据差异驱动原理和时间贴现因子分别求出各被评价对象及其对应的资源背景的动态发展状况,在此基础上,给出了依据各被评价对象的资源背景因素对其评价结果进行调整的规则,并构建了能够最大程度拉开被评价对象之间差异的评价模型.通过一个算例对该方法的应用进行了说明.该动态综合评价方法能够提升评价的公平性以及评价结果的可比性.
[Abstract]:Because the resource background of the evaluated object is different, a dynamic comprehensive evaluation method is proposed. Firstly, according to the principle of differential driving and the time discount factor, the dynamic development of each evaluated object and its corresponding resource background is obtained, and on this basis, The rules of adjusting the evaluation results according to the resource background factors of each evaluated object are given, and the evaluation model which can maximize the difference between the evaluated objects is constructed. An example is given to illustrate the application of this method. This dynamic comprehensive evaluation method can improve the fairness of evaluation and the comparability of evaluation results.
