【摘要】:正2012年10月21-22日,由北京大学人力资源开发与管理研究中心、首都经济贸易大学劳动经济学院、中国人才研究会和中国人力资源开发研究会主办,北京大学政府管理学院行政管理学系和北京大学政府管理学院人才与人力资源研究所承办的"201 2中国领导人才论坛"在北京大学开幕,近200位专家学者、政府及企业界代表齐聚一堂,从不同角度、不同层面深入探讨了领导人才的开发与领导力提升的方法与途径。
[Abstract]:From October 21 to 22, 2012, sponsored by the Center for Human Resources Development and Management of Peking University, the School of Labor and Economics, the Capital University of Economics and Commerce, the China Talent Research Association and the China Human Resources Development Research Association, The 2012 China leadership Forum, hosted by the Department of Administration, School of Government Management, Peking University, and the Institute of Talent and Human Resources, School of Government Management, Peking University, opened at Peking University, with nearly 200 experts and scholars. The representatives of government and business gathered together and discussed the ways and means of leadership development and leadership promotion from different angles and different levels.
