[Abstract]:The word "relationship" has a simple meaning to Westerners, such as the relationship between leader and subordinate and the relationship between colleagues, which is limited to work level and has a formal contract of equality and cooperation. But for the Chinese, its meaning is much more complex, all-encompassing, has penetrated into all aspects of social life. For example, the relationship between superior and subordinate is not limited to work. The influence of leaders on subordinates extends to all aspects of life, social interaction and so on. Leaders in the field of work are still regarded as authority in life, and subordinates often choose to obey. In turn, different leaders may have different factions or "circles," while subordinates tend to be loyal to direct leadership.
