组织吸收能力前因探析——基于相对与绝对吸收能力的整合框架

【摘要】:文章回顾了学界关于吸收能力影响因素的研究,梳理了关于组织吸收能力前因变量的各种观点,认为在吸收能力前因的研究中应该综合考虑相对吸收能力与绝对吸收能力的区分。最后,本研究整合了两类吸收能力的前因,提出了一个整合框架,并对未来的吸收能力研究进行了展望。
[Abstract]:This paper reviews the academic research on the influencing factors of absorptive capacity, and combs the various viewpoints on the predependent variables of organizational absorptive capacity. It is suggested that the distinction between relative absorption capacity and absolute absorption ability should be considered in the study of absorptive capacity antecedents. Finally, this study integrates two kinds of antecedents of absorptive capacity, proposes an integrated framework, and looks forward to the future study of absorptive capacity.
