领导风格、差错取向与员工创新行为关系研究

【摘要】:正一、引言随着知识经济的深入发展,创新越来越成为企业发展壮大的基础和源泉。而推动企业创新的核心力量无疑是员工的创新能力。对于如何激发员工的创新行为,理论界普遍认为,领导风格是影响员工创新行为的重要因素之一。领导风格可以通过两种途径来影响员工的创新行为,一是直接通过激励来促进员工创新行为的提升,二是间接通过组织创新氛围、组织差错管理等来促进员工创新行为的发生。过去的研究过多地关注组织
[Abstract]:First, with the further development of knowledge economy, innovation is becoming the foundation and source of enterprise development. And the core force of promoting enterprise innovation is undoubtedly the innovation ability of employees. As to how to stimulate employees' innovation behavior, it is generally believed that leadership style is one of the important factors that affect employees' innovation behavior.
